As a Client Service Associate for Credent’s Financial Guidance Team, Braeden Hall brings a commitment to hearing each client’s unique story, addressing their challenges, and helping them fulfill their goals. As both a point of contact for clients and back-office support for advisors, he creates a seamless, attentive experience that helps hardworking individuals and families reach their financial milestones.

Before joining Credent, Braeden graduated from Indiana University and built a diverse professional foundation centered on coordination, relationship management, and strategic support. His work with organizations such as the Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Memorial Union, and the Real Madrid Graduate School–Universidad Europea strengthened his ability to collaborate, manage complexity, and deliver exceptional service.

Outside the office, Braeden likes traveling, cooking, playing pickleball, watching and coaching sports, and learning about outer space. He also enjoys spending time with his three siblings and his dog, Milo.

What are you most proud of?

Being a role model to my 6-year-old brother. The way he looks up to me and wants to be like me makes me proud.

What’s the best trip you’ve ever taken?

Visiting Spain, where I explored the castle on the coast of Alicante and experienced the Las Fallas festival in Valencia. It was really cool being able to appreciate the architecture and experience the culture firsthand in one of Spain’s biggest celebrations.

What’s one thing you’ve always wanted to do?

I have always wanted to visit Santorini, Greece, and experience the food and picturesque architecture and nature.
