As a Client Service Associate on the National Team, Josh Feld supports the financial advisors who partner with clients around the country. With five years of industry experience, he brings a strong commitment to providing clarity-driven support. His early work in options trading and his time as a financial advisor established the thoughtful, client-first approach he brings to Credent.

In his role, Josh supports the team by coordinating client appointments, updating accounts, and ensuring every client interaction reflects Credent’s core values. He is passionate about helping people feel comfortable discussing their financial lives.

A Cincinnati native, Josh earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and previously volunteered in local special education classrooms— an experience that strengthened the empathy he brings to client relationships today. He lives in West Chester, OH, with his fiancée, Bariah, and their corgi, Pickle. Outside of work, he enjoys cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals and hiking with his family.
