Awards/Recognition
Forbes – America’s Top RIA Firms
The Forbes America’s Top RIA Firms list is published by Forbes and developed by SHOOK Research, LLC. Inclusion is based on SHOOK Research’s proprietary methodology, which considers a combination of quantitative and qualitative factors including assets under management, revenue trends, regulatory and compliance records, industry experience, and business practices. Portfolio performance is not considered due to differences in client objectives and the lack of audited performance data. Firms do not pay to be included in the ranking; however, a license may be purchased for use of Forbes or SHOOK Research trademarks or logos. The ranking is not a guarantee of future performance, does not constitute an endorsement of services, and does not evaluate individual client experience or outcomes. Past recognition is not indicative of future results.
Financial Planning – RIA Leaders Ranking Disclosure
The Financial Planning RIA Leaders ranking is produced annually by Financial Planning magazine. The list is compiled by an independent data partner (COMPLY) using criteria applied to Registered Investment Adviser firms’ publicly filed Form ADV data with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. To qualify for inclusion, firms must meet specified criteria, including but not limited to: having no registered representatives of a broker‑dealer, having at least 50 % of clients that are individuals or high net worth individuals, not listing commissions as a compensation arrangement, having more than zero financial planning clients, not reporting commission‑taking activities in other business activities, and not being affiliated under common ownership with commission‑taking businesses. Firms that meet these criteria are then ranked primarily by assets under management. The ranking reflects data compiled as of a defined filing date and is based on information provided by or on behalf of participating firms and regulatory filings, which may be subject to revision. The ranking does not evaluate investment performance, client outcomes, or the quality of services provided. Inclusion in the ranking does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of future success, or representation of specific client experiences. Firms do not pay a fee for ranking consideration, although licensing fees may be charged for use of awards/branding marks.
InvestmentNews – 5‑Star RIA Firms Disclosure
The InvestmentNews 5‑Star RIA Firms list recognizes leading registered investment advisory (RIA) firms based on objective criteria published by InvestmentNews. Firms considered for inclusion must meet eligibility requirements including managing a minimum amount of assets under management (AUM) and demonstrating metrics such as AUM growth and the number of new clients acquired organically over a defined period. Data submitted to InvestmentNews is subject to verification processes, and selection reflects relative performance across the eligible universe of firms. This recognition is based solely on criteria established by InvestmentNews and its research process; it does not represent an endorsement of the quality of services provided, is not indicative of future performance, and does not evaluate individual client experience or outcomes. No fee is paid for inclusion in the ranking, and past recognition should not be construed as a guarantee of future results.
AdvisorHub – Advisors to Watch Disclosure
The AdvisorHub Advisors to Watch ranking is produced by AdvisorHub and recognizes financial advisors and advisor teams based on a combination of objective criteria, including the scale and quality of practice (such as assets under management, production, and service levels), year‑over‑year growth (such as increases in assets, households, and production), and professionalism (including regulatory record, community involvement, mentorship, and team composition). Advisors must meet minimum eligibility requirements such as a specified level of assets under management, years of experience, tenure at their current firm, and a clean regulatory record to be considered for the ranking. Participation in the ranking is open to eligible advisors and firms, and there are no fees required for participation or inclusion. The ranking is based on data provided by nominees and may be independently reviewed but does not evaluate investment performance, client outcomes, or the quality of advice provided. Recognition on the list is not a guarantee of future performance, does not constitute an endorsement, and may not reflect the experience of any individual client.
Financial Advisor Magazine – America’s Top RIAs
The Financial Advisor Magazine America’s Top RIAs ranking is published by Financial Advisor Magazine and is based on information collected through a voluntary survey of independent registered investment advisory (RIA) firms that file their own Form ADV with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. To be eligible for the ranking, firms generally must be independent RIAs offering financial planning and related services, and in certain editions may meet minimum assets under management thresholds for inclusion in the print edition. Rankings are primarily determined by total assets under management (AUM) as reported to Financial Advisor Magazine by participating firms, and firms are ordered from largest to smallest based on AUM reported as of year‑end. Participation in the survey does not require a fee, and firms do not pay to be included in the ranking; fees may be charged only for licensing logos or badges for marketing purposes. The ranking is based on self‑reported and publicly filed data, and does not evaluate investment performance, client outcomes, or the quality of advice provided. Inclusion in the ranking is not indicative of future results, an endorsement of services, or a guarantee of investment success, and does not reflect the experience of any particular client.
ThinkAdvisor Luminaries Awards
The ThinkAdvisor Luminaries Awards are presented by ThinkAdvisor and recognize individuals, firms, and teams in the financial services industry for exemplary leadership, innovation, impact, and community contributions. Winners and finalists are selected through a process that begins with open nominations, which are submitted at no cost. Nominations must include qualitative and quantitative information demonstrating industry impact and accomplishments and are reviewed by ThinkAdvisor’s editorial staff and an independent panel of judges. Selection criteria include demonstrated impact on the profession, creative problem solving, industry advancement, ethical standards, and other factors specified by the awards program. The Luminaries Awards do not evaluate investment performance or client outcomes, and inclusion does not constitute an endorsement of services or a guarantee of future results. Recognition reflects performance and contributions over a defined period and is based on criteria established by ThinkAdvisor and its judging panel, not verified third‑party audits. Past recognition is not indicative of future success and may not reflect the experience of any individual client.
